This is a property that we wholeheartedly recommend anyone to go to, especially if you enjoy the true Tuscanian countryside and can appreciate a bit privacy. Our initial plan was to stay for one week, but when our second apartment appeared to be doubled booked, Claudia immediately helped us out by providing extra accommodation, despite the fact that they were almost fully booked. Her continuous service, the pleasant environment and good accommodation truly completes the wonderful old estate and gave us one of the most relaxing holidays ever.
The old kitchen where we twice had cooking lessons in the real Italian cuisine, is a lovely place and still breathes the atmosphere of the old watermill; and the swimming pool was simply a real joy, which kept our children often 'at home', instead of joining us on the walks in the nearby hills.
I just felt very privileged to stay here and definitely hope to go back again.

We were a family of a grandmother, my son with his wife and three children and my daughter with her child. The children were between 2-6 years old. A fairly challenging and difficult bunch to please with many different needs, but Molino le Gaulchiere did it.
The place was well kept and also beautiful with large trees and a wonderful yard surrounded with old Toscana buildings - an a pool of course. Our children, the most important travelers, had a lovely time. The place itself and the staff particularly were very child friendly, which is not always the case when you travel with small lively children. Claudia is a treasure, she took care of all of us, including a very delicious full dinner! Thank you all.
