We stayed here over New Year and really enjoyed our holiday. The staff are lovely and helpful and the place itself has lots of traditional charm. The food is plentiful and tasty, always a lovely surprise in the morning to read what the evening meal will be! This was our fourth stay and the first with young children. It is our fourth stay in about 6 years but our first with young children. The small playroom came in very useful!! We will certainly be back. Thank you.

We return here because it is so good. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who are all helpful and hardworking. Despite our minimal German, we are welcomed warmly and made to feel very at home.

It is an excellent base for hiking in the Stubaital, and has a good bus service to Innsbruck.

Very highly recommended.

This is the fourth time we have stayed here and I must compliment the hotel and pension on being persistent. It really is excellent and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. We booked half board so although our room was in the Almrauch Pension and we had breakfast at the Pension we had our dinner at the Almhof Hotel. Wow, what fantastic meals. The hotel also ran a shuttle bus up to the ski station you didn't have to take your car up. My compliments to the Danler family on their very well run family business.

This was our third stay here. It's hard to believe it is possible, but it is better each time. This is a well-appointed hotel, and well-maintained. Staff always helpful, even though there is little English spoken, other than at Reception. The health suite is well-equipped, and the meals are quite excellent (the meats are exceptionally high-quality).

The free wifi is brilliant - always available, and very fast.

we use the hotel as a hiking base. There is an hourly bus-service up and down the valley - the glacier at one end and Innsbruck below - about five minutes from the hotel. Hiking in the Stubaital is very varied, but hard on the knees!

We book short ski package in Pension Almrausch but when we arive we decide to take room in Hotel Almhof. We book 3 night package with 3 days ski pass including halfboard. Ski buss starts from hotel parking just for their guests. We get room without balcony and it was little bit a to small and furniture was to old just like small tv from the 80s. They have great spa also very old but we feel like we are home. The best in hotel is breakfast and dinner, just big great!

Dont book package or room from friday to sunday in ski seasion. In sutarday and sunday we travel with hotel bus 3h from hotel to gletscher. To many people from all Austria and Germany goes to Stubai for weekend.
No internet in room only in hotel loby.

Room Tip: Next time I will book Pension Almrausch, its much cheaper and room looks better.
