First family ski trip during half term and we chose to stay at Hotel Jagdhof. Hotel staff were warm and friendly throughout and they even upgraded us into a 2 bedroom apartment which was huge and had all amenities one could wish for. The apartment had a stunning view looking out back towards the Stubai glacier and the weather was great, sunny blue skies each day! The hotel provided complimentary return transfers to Innsbruck airport which is about 30min drive. They also ran a daily shuttle bus to the ski lifts that take you up the glacier ski resort and come back in the afternoon to collect you. Afternoon tea is served 2-5pm which was great reward after a day of ski-ing at the largest glacier ski resort in Austria! The staff helped arrange our ski passes and gave us vouchers to use for ski rental equipment down at the local Intersport shop. Food was consistently good - serving 5 course gourmet level food each evening. The kids loved playing in the heated indoor pool and the kids club during their stay. Only one negative observation was the smell of cigarette smoke in some parts of the hotel which I find to be a relatively out of date policy given that a lot of countries have banned smoking inside public areas for quite a few years now. It's an expensive hotel being part of the Relais & Chateau group but we had fun ski-ing and enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: 2 bedroom apartment has plenty of space for families

Just returned from a week at the Hotel Jagdhof. This is a wonderful hotel with warm welcoming staff and a magnificent spa. The food and quality of service is excellent. This hotel does not disappoint and you will find yourself eager to return for more indulgence.
I highly recommend a visit.

Pitty that I've been here for only one week. But after a very long and hard period of time in witch you where working very hard it's the best place to go. In here you get treated as a king. This is the kind of hotel in witch you stay longer so not for only one night. After a week you are starting to feel home there and you feel a littlebit pitty to leave but as an information that you know it also works as a tip but just don't get a heartattack when you see the price, because it isn't really the cheapest hotel

wonderful top quality class stay with many great surprises. the spa is really magnificent.
many services, of which a lot are comprehensive. it's an ideal location to go to the different ski area's and you don't need transportation. the hotel includes everything you need.

Room Tip: make a reservation for the cosy fondue cable car in the garden !

Did not stay at the hotel but used their 3000m2 day spa for 1 day. At first it seems expensive to spend the day there (Euro 70) but once you see what you get for that you know you made the right decision. Lots of space, hardly any people, soon many different rooms to lounge in, multiple saunas, multiple steam rooms, water beds, chairs that swing, bean bags, a library, a tea room, a juice bar, fruit & nut bar and of course lots of treatments (massages etc) available. Don't overthink it - JUST DO IT! Totally worth it and felt super relaxed afterwards. Staff are top and no kids allowed in the new spa areas :)
