room was O.K , people were great. we were not sure where we going as it was our first time in Costa Rica. evidently, this Hotel is not on the Maps. we did find it by passing the road and turning around and Wala, there was a sign!

Room tip: if you want quite and in a corner, then stay here

This is small lodge out of village center. Rooms are average and the staff is nice. The problem was that early in the morning there was a lot of noise from the neighborhood. The staff said it is not a regular problem but we had decided to leave.

When we checked in, Milena gave us a choice of 2 rooms and took the large room upstairs with a wonderful vaulted wood ceiling. I had emailed her that we were interested in a Night Walk and the Suspended Bridges in the Cloud Forest - she had already booked both tours for us. She booked the Ficus Trails Night Walk and the Selvatura Bridges. If you prefer different alternatives you should mention that when you make reservations. Milena is most helpful. The breakfast room is really cute and the food was good and the staff was warm and helpful. We really liked all the wood decor here. This small B&B is a good value.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at the Villa Lodge. The villas are spacious and clean, and there is a nice garden area with lots of trees and vegetation. Every staff member we spoke to was really nice and helpful. The staff booked us on 4 great excursions during our time here. It is a small family business and you can tell they really care about making sure every guest has a great stay. And the included breakfast is delicious!

Recently visited here and received a warm welcome with a large room, massive breakfast and good wifi etc. They helped us book lots of tours and travel around with excellent service. Would definitely stay again. Only comment is that showers were never really warm...at best lukewarm and only for a minute at that.
