One night at these luxurious apartments was all it took. The apartments are beautifully decorated and in impeccable order. Very, very comfortable and large. It has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. Only 15 minutes from the airport and with a complimentary shuttle service. If you have time, you can get in a round of golf. The service is exemplary and the food is also very good. I will definitely be coming back here on one of my many Thailand visits.

An outstanding place to stay. Stayed here with my family for one night prior to flying back to the UK. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, breakfast and transfers to and from the airport included in the price which was comparable if not cheaper than the Amari & Great Western. The apartment was superb, each bedroom had its own beautiful ensuite, there was a lovely balcony spanning the bedroom and sitting room overlooking the manicured golf course. Three flat screen TV's, full size dining table. Fully fitted kitchen with appliances. Wonderful quiet location.
We had an evening meal in the "cafe" restaurant, my Thai wife had authentic spicy Thai dishes and the children and i enjoyed western fare. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced, breakfast was good with choices for all tastes.
I forgot to inform the desk of our transfer time back to the airport, Berne the manager collected our baggage and drove us personally to the airport, a 10 minute drive away ! The apartment was so immaculate i asked Berne if we were the first occupants, we weren't... that was the standard. I will most definitely return here again should the occasion arise.

Nice rooms with all the latest ammenities. Staff was friendly but we had problems with language with just about everyone. We came here primarily for the golf but found the accomodations to be a plus.

Room tip: Make sure you have transportation to get around since it's about a 50 minute drive from Bangkok.

We stayed at the Summit Windmill Golf Residence for 2 nights in November 2011 during the floods around Bangkok. Whilst the hotel was slightly affected by the rising water level a number of businesses had temporarily re-located to spare areas within the hotel complex to carry on with their daily routines as best they could. This ultimately spoiled our stay and the complex had an air of ‘state of emergency’ about it which is obviously understandable given the extent of the flooding at the time. As a consequence, the ground floor was out of bounds so the restaurant and bar facilities were very limited and the swimming pool and leisure facilities closed. Unfortunately, our transportation reservation from the airport did not appear and the reception on arrival was slightly unfriendly and unhelpful at times during our stay. The studio apartment we stayed in was luxuriously fitted and clean. Whilst there was undoubtedly extenuating circumstances, I would simply not stay in this hotel again as I expected more for the price we paid compared to other hotels in Thailand.

Had an excellent mid week stay and golf at the Summit Windmill Golf Residence, the room was great value with two bed rooms and a large lounge with balcony over looking the Nick Faldo designed course. The staff were very helpful and the cost of playing the beautiful course was only cart and caddy fee (about 1000bht).
The only downside I would say is that it takes a long time to get in and out of the hotel to Bangkok or the airport, which is stange as it is quite near the airport, it realy was only a minor inconvenience though, and did not overshadow the stay at all.

Room tip: We stayed with friends and compared rooms, both rooms were the same excellent qulity
