A beautiful full service hotel right on the water with a beach next door with easy access and parking. Restaurants are about a 12 - 15 min. slightly hilly walk and a mini mart about 3 minutes away. Our room was great overlooking the beach with a kitchenette, nice bathroom and couch with a decent size TV with a few english speaking channels. Very nice breakfast buffet but it was the same every day. We could certainly stay here on a return trip.

Room Tip: waterfront rooms are great- do not miss breakfast.

For me, the hotel you choose and the quality of staff running the place, are crucial elements that can either make a holiday or ruin it. At Kalypso Hotel (Paros Island, Greece), we not only discovered a wonderful hotel but also we were served by some excellent, thoughtful and helpful staff. If you are travelling in a group, as we were, then the best option is to book into one of their villas. We chose Villa Stella which is just a short walk from the main hotel. The villa had everything we wanted and more.
I must add that the lady at the desk, 'Cornelia', was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants to eat, beaches to visit, and for things to do on the island. Her advice was great and her suggestions really lifted our experience from decent to memorable.

The three of us stayed at one of Kalypso's apartments which is roughly 450m from the main hotel and the beach. We were happy with the apartment's interior. The kitchen equipment was sufficient, though some things - like a ladle - were missing. The balcony with a view of landscape and sea was lovely. Parking was free. The supermarket and shops are conveniently reachable (roughly 10min on foot to Naousa's old town). We were able to use the facilities and services provided by the Kalypso hotel, such as the deck chairs and the snack bar. Cornelia at the front desk was very helpful with bookings. The price-performance ratio was good in our estimation. Overall, we were quite content with our stay!

I love this place, our ferry from Athens was delayed for 2 hours, we were supposed to arrive at 10:30, we arrived at 2 AM. No one was at the reception, we called a number from a business card left at the front desk, Jorge arrived in less than 5 minutes though we woke him up. He showed us many rooms, we had the best one. Staff is great, food is great, access to the beach, city center and shopping/cafes/bars area. This place is awesome, I highly recommend it and will surely come back. Prices are very reasonable comparing to a great treatment we had. Clady, the bar man is very friendly. The place offers you a drink upon arrival that you can take any time during your stay. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Kalypso

Kalypso has three connected Villas just a few meters from the waters edge on the bay. These are physically separate from the hotel.

When the four of us walked into our Kalypso Villa Stella we were absolutely floored, the place was beautiful and the situation amazing. Inside we were greeted with a 3-level floor plan which include 2 bedrooms, an extra room with bench-like couches, and 3 bathrooms (three!). On the main floor the living area & kitchen spill out onto a deck area. From top to bottom the place felt spacious and open with a minimalist modern style.

The rear of each villa has a private deck area which includes a hot-tub. The beach directly behind the deck is rocky and we would typically wade-in and swim from a small beach just to the right of the villas themselves. The Kalypso complex also sits adjacent larger sandy beaches which we didn't use.

To the west of the villas it is a few minutes walk into the heart of Naousa. It probably took us 15 minutes to walk through the village to the port water front on busy evenings.

I have island hopped in Greece a couple of times and the Kalypso Villa Stella was the sweetest place I have stayed. It would be idea for an extended vacations on Paros.

Room Tip: Idea for an extended vacations on Paros. Sleep with the windows open and listen to the sound of the sea.
