Clean, modern, and very convenient. For business travel it is perfect. Located in city center next go the city government buildings. Quiet spot and on- site bar and restaurant. Friendly staff and good wifi internet service. Free parking near the front door.

The hotel has a little parking for the guest. The advantage, you are closed to the shopping street.... But be careful, on saturday, the shop are closed early at 3-4 p.m. except one... In front of the hotel, a museum, open on sunday afternoon. (and on thrusday, i'm not sure of the day).
I love the design, you travel trhough Africa. The room is big ..... and very clean.
The restaurant is tasty: a travel to Africa. We weren't there on wednsday, the day of the buffet for 25 € per people...Reserve, also before traveling there. When we arrived, the chef of reception was very friendly to say it to us, because there weren't not to much tabels free for the evening. I would have love to stay there.. The conference area is so beautiful... Beter reserve in advance an appointment for some massages... a lot of choice. The breakfast was so delicious.. I asked them where I can buy the bread before leaving....

Room Tip: Go to Sorpesee one hour to make a trip on the lake

The hotel is really a four star hotel ,good for congresses but not if you are in a romantic mood...
Great to stay for the night.
The city is not nice and the location is more in a industrial area.
Excellent service and good food.
Breakfast was ok.
Not really nice for children.
If you like an African atmosphere you will love it, but I prefer a German interior.

Its like all the best in kenya, but in europe.
Part of the staff is kenyan, all the decor is african, but the level of service is german.
They where very flexible to me being a vegan, and i felt right at home...

Great staff, great manager,
Stayed 2 weeks every time
My second and not last stay...

Stayed there for two nights.Rooms are spotless and the meals in the restaurant are to die for. Great location, hotel right in the town centre.Plenty of free on site parking.Ideal for visiting the Dams(featured in the WW2 Dambusters)Countryside spectacular.

Room Tip: Back as the front faces the road and traffic lights.
