Tranquil, serene, remote and detached from the regular busty life, we enjoyed the most the clumsy coffee estate, paddy fields, muddy tracks accompanied by cloudy weather and so on...really charming and a quick break from hasty daily life.
Real thanks to you Megha and your hospitality, specially for the crunchy fish fry !! :)
First a big thanks to Meghna and her team for taking so good care of all of us.The stay was absolutely delightful. Rekhaji was a perfect hostess who was always smiling and took care of all our needs. The food was yummy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience and your friendly dog. Thanks once again and keep up the good work.
Thanks and Regards
While booking was made it showed two rooms only and i booked two rooms to make it like my home. but while checking there were four rooms. It was not exclusive for myself which was disappointing. food served are quite expensive. Other facilities like furnitures,TV heater are only show pieces which are highly restricted for use
We were 9 in all - 3 families , spent 3 nights here during June '17. The elderly lady took good care of us and ensured a comfortable stay. The breakfast served was homely and tasty. We did not opt for the dinner as we were out for most part of the day and returned only late evening.
We,a group of five stayed in Mitra home stay for three days and the experience was what exactly it should be, homely.
Ms Megha and her mother are wonderful hosts. It was easy to strike a bond with them. After daily sightseeing we came back to the most yummy homemade food.
Meeting and staying with such warm and friendly people, having long conversations in the veranda by their beautiful estate are some of the things we carry close with us as we headed back.
To summarize:convenient location, superb food, wonderful company, comfortable stay, beautiful surroundings and a faithful dog, all in one package.
