Positives:
1) The host was helpful when it came to assisting us with external bookings
2) Supermarket right in front of the property in case anyone wants to cook on their own.

Negatives:
1) We stayed in suites 1 and 2; Suite 1 did not get hot water throughout the stay and the host was clueless why it was happening and could not solve the problem throughout our stay.
2) The Breakfast served consists only of 2 slices of fruit, tea/coffee and an omelette, which remains same on all the days. Very limited options at the property for food and they do not make any efforts to provide anything extra in terms of food.
3) Photos of the property on Booking.com are misleading. Only one room is in front of sea and the rooms/suites on the ground floor don't offer anything in terms of the view
4) There is only an owner who calls herself the reception/Housekeeping/everything, and is unavailable. There is no intercom/telephone in the rooms that one can use to call her or any housekeeping in the property. One has to search the whole property to find her to get a thing as basic as towels, which she refuses to change before 2 days.
5) Now the structure of the room: The Bath and the living room do not have any gate separating them and the bath is open with a half glass door. The Toilet is gated by a plastic door which does not have any latch. In one of the rooms there was no fan in the kitchenette. Quite a strange structure and is not at all suitable for a group of friends/family. Good for couples though ;-)
6) There were Chameleons in both the rooms and the host refused to do anything about them saying we are in tropical region
7) The internet is paid and not worth it.
8) To sum it up, the property is simply not worth the price !!!!

Room tip: Rooms on the first floor should be selected. The ones on the ground floor don't offer any view

The place is visibly very appealing with nice open spacious rooms. But, that's where the good stuff ends. The beach was not accessible as it was filled with sea weed (which apparently is common during this part of the year). The bed was slightly creaky and the owner was not always accessible for any small issues. Also, the breakfast could be much better. It was very basic - just bread toast, omelette and juice.

We spent a whole week at Samien's place and were given the pleasure of being taken care of by a very friendly staff who always smiled. Whenever we had a question or needed more information on whatsoever we were helped in a second. Once we had dinner at her place which was delicious and prepared in a typical Creole style, marinated grilled jobfish with supplements and a mild curry. Samien organised car rentals and taxi rides for which we had to pay less than we would have had to if organised on our own. The apartment we had, beach suite, was well equipped and a nice view across the premises right to the sea. We thank the whole team and can only recommend this accommodation.

We stayed three nights in one of the seaview suites. These have a very enjoyable private porch where chilling after exploring the island. The host was nice and helpful to recommend excursions (half-day to La Curieuse and Islet St. Pierre, nice although a bit pricey, 100€) or renting a car (50€/day) which is almost a must because taxis are not so numerous and quite pricey. The resort is 15mins walking from the airport, has two restaurants nearby (not bad although pricey too) a well as a Whole Foods store. The beach in front of hotel is not great. Breakfast can be considered ok although a bit too basic fIMHO. Didn't really like the fact to have to pay (200R) for wifi, it should be included at least for the suites. Overall a pretty good option in Praslin.

Room tip: Seaview suite are definitely not cheap but probably worth the extra cost

Great option to stay on the less touristic side of the island. Stayed in room with sea view. Great room, small kitchenete, huge shower. Breakfast is very simle: eggs and very small portion of fruits. Beach is not good for swiming
