Having been in Hanmer several times we were looking for somewhere different and this is certainly that and worth a visit.
We were not sure if we wanted dumplings which the web site states but this is with a difference and presentation 10/10. The owner spent time explaining the dishes and recommendations to suit our palate and tastes, some plates are definitely sharing as eating 4 small pasties is a challenge with all the trimmings, so not all dumplings and the ravioli superb, all may change as the menu changes with seasons. Our dessert platter was to die for and if full share one it’s a must and a picture to see.
