On the recommendation of friends, we visited this gallery and were delighted. The architecture itself is superb, the setting sublime, and the gallery itself was much larger and well stocked than we ever expected. They have an exhibition of William Dobell's work at the moment (and that of a group of his contemporaries) which is well worth the trip just to see that. And then every so often, there's a window framing the lovely Autumn setting outside - just beautiful
