There are so many good things it is difficult to summarise.

1) Lovely tastefully decorated rooms complete with TV and Wi Fi (as has the whole hotel)
2) Lovely garden, an oasis of calm complete with plants, carvings, a pool and even a couple of hammocks.
3) Wonderful buffet breakfast. Different things freshly cooked each day complete with choice of fresh juice and coffee (or tea).
4) Stephan. Stephan is the owner (along with his wife). Stephan will help you make the best of your stay. He will suggest itineraries, take you on walks (along with his dogs - all friendly) and most of all he will make sure you are OK. Stephan took us to the airport (again - included) and came to the check in desk with us where it transpired the airline had 'lost' our reservation (despite the fact that we had the booking ref. etc.) We needed to get to Caracus for our flight back to Europe so Stephan spent 51/2 hours at the airport with us, working with our travel agent to finally get us onto another flight allowing us to make the connection. He could have simply dropped us at the airport and left but he didn't so, first - a very big thank you and secondly, stay here - you won't regret it. Any regrets at all - only that I can't give it 6 stars rather than five, it really does deserve them.

It was a wonderful experience, the room was nice ans clean, the people was great too. Very attentive to you, the breakfast was a very complete meal. It's very close to the El Yaque beach. Its a very cozy place and well run by it's owners. Everything was just great.

Excellent, relaxing place and well run place. The staff always help with your needs. Tasty breakfasts with great fresh juices give you the right kick for another sunny day. The owner Stefan makes you feel at home with the principle:"use, what you need, just treat it as yours, cake or banana in the kitchen is for everybody, watter in jars is available, shoid you need bottled one, just make a note how much you take". Rooms are cosy, every one decorated differently by objects of art and nature collected in Venezuela and abroad during travels of the family. Pool is sufficiently long to swim and its half is deep enough to jump or dive. Everyone who loves gardens would admire the beauty and diversity of the garden around. It is set respecting the local climate tropical semidesert climate. It is a place you love to return to. Thank you.

Room Tip: Every room is different and specific. Perhaps you may choose by names that you like- comming for honeymoon go for Amore. :-)

Beautiful place! Positive vibes! Not in front of the beach thought, but less than a 5 minute walk to it. Im a triathlete, so waking up at 4am is a must the day of the race, it has been the only place ever, where the people who work there woke up at that time to prepare breakfast. Only downside I could find, is that they do not have a lunch/dinner menu. (Breakfast is awesome!)

Nice place with friendly staff and small pool. Smallish room but decorated with interesting nude paintings and different objects. Queen size bed, reasonably comfortable but pillows a little hard. Smelly drains in bathroom. Free wifi and ok speed (fast enough for Skype). Very decent breakfast included, but only available after 8am. Located about 10 mins walk from beach. Free laundry service. Need to use insect repellant to keep sand flies away when downstairs near the pool. This was my favourite place of the 6 I stayed in whilst in Venezuela.
