“Best Pizza!”

Paprika Canoa Quebrada
Price range: USD 3 - USD 4
Description: After giving a specific Italian culinary course to a town pizzeria, Rocco Resciniti, an Italian from Emilia-Romagna region, chef and owner of the establishment, fell in love with Belém do Pará and soon wanted to create a charming, and of course, with a legitimate taste of Italian cuisine. Páprika Belém was born with the goal of bringing the original cuisine of Italy to the capital of Pará. With flavors, sauces and details very faithful to those elaborated in its place of origin. In 2011 was born the Paprika, which brings you tiramisù, bruschettas, spaghettis and many other Italian flavors to this day. And after 5 years in Belém, and also looking to live closer to the beach, we set up the Canoa Páprika, which also brings all the genuine flavors of our Italian cuisine. Be very welcome!

Last weekend we were at "Paprika".
We already had a few pizzas in brazil before we were at "Paprikas", but they never really tastes that good. But at "Paprika" we got our first "real" Pizza with a thin crust and mozarella cheese! It was absolutely delicious!!
(also try the "vegan bruscetta" for starter, it's really good!)

Reception and service by the owner, very friendly and prompt. Good atmosphere. So far I have not had bad food in Brasil, but between the various stages of 'good', this one ranks among the very best.
The menu is pricey, but worth every penny as far as quality goes.

I knew this place a few weeks ago. As I come to Canoa very frequently, I came again and it's always good quality, very tasty, well done food. Although it is not at broadway (Main Street), is good because is near and very calm. If you have one dinner, you must go!!!
