We called ahead and made sure Glenda would expect us, something we found helped most of the smaller establishments.
We arrived for dinner and had the Tuna with the traditional Dominica trimmings. The food was authentic and made with passion, with basic surroundings you feel as if your visiting a family home for dinner.
We enjoyed it so much and really appreciated the care and attention to the flavours and balance of the meals we returned for breakfast. Again we let her know we were coming and we're delighted again having a traditional breakfast of Salt fish, bakes and salad. All were amazing and make a great start to the day.
Go out of you way for this small gem in the jungle !
