Could not recommend Church Street enough. The food and cocktails are amazing. The staff are friendly and professional. Best to go for the meal deal if you can be in before 6.30pm. Thursday night is bring your own wine also which is a bonus. Fab place, well worth the visit.

It was a long time that we have booked at Church Street for a diner for two. We received a warm welcome by the manager Adam. As we requested no seat at the window we had a lovely table in the center of the restaurant. The menu looked good and we have asked Adam what he recommends. It was the Quail for the starter that really was very tasty and for the Main: pan fried Cod & Sea Bass with lovely sauce and the seasoning was just perfect. Both prepared fishes were amazingly good. Unfortunate the special ordered vegetables was forgotten. Even after we told the waitress who brought us the food, did not come back to us. But to be honest the food and service was excellent and it has exceed the forgotten vegetables. We love to come back again. Well done Church Street.

Warm ambiance in the restaurant. Tables not too close to others. Food was beautiful - perfectly cooked and well presented. The sea bass was good - others had turkey and ham and duck. All highly recommended. Service and food was good. Portions were not massive - but large enough to enjoy and consume all courses. Highly recommend a visit. Free car parking on Church Street or King Street in the evening.

Thank Henry M

first time here and we wont be back. heard great reviews about this place, very disappointing, fish cakes for starter which were very good, we both ordered turkey and ham both were cut far too thick while the ham was eatable the turkey was awful, baby boiled potatoes were awful you could see them turning black on the plate, ordered cream brulee for dessert but it wasn't ready so had the rice instead, this was awful. The best thing I had was the glass of chardonnay, but too expensive for the quality of food, £63.45 for this.
