“Amazing. Excellent accommodation and ideally situated for visiting the Dales and the Lakes.”

The week has been helped by the fantastic weather we've had, but had it been cold and damp the cottage and amenities would have ensured we had a great holiday. I would definitely book here again, maybe even the larger property and bring more of the family.

Cottage really well equipped, warm, nice bed linen, towels etc. Little things not always provided in rentals were there such as washing up liquid, washing powder, foil, soap etc etc - all great. Settees comfy and spacious, good furniture. Would we recommend- definitely. Ingleton great, climbing wall, park, walks not short of things to do for a week. Great choice of places to eat either next door or around the corner in the village centre.
The only slight negative was the parking - we were there at Ingleton's busiest time by far, there's only 1 parking spot for the 2 cottages and pub customers blocked the entrance to it on & off for just 2 days. Parking on the road is limited. We did then park in the pub car park as we were it's customers so not a massive issue. Having said that we didn't move our car for several days lots to do on foot- my kind of holiday!

“a little gem ”
Reviewed 3 November 2016 for a stay in November 2016

booked this cottage very last minute and what a fabulous service from start to finish !
Hayley was so helpful and the instructions for finding and collecting the key for the cottage were spot on .
It's a lovely little cottage so clean and warm with everything you need .close to all amenities infact the pub, The Wheatsheaf, is literally next door but not noisy so no probs there . reasonable pub food and friendly staff

There is a small enclosed patio garden at the rear of the cottage which is reached through patio doors from the lounge , great for the dog and/or children and probably utilised more in the nicer weather The two bedrooms are spacious and cosy at the same time with tvs in both . large super king in one room and one with a double and single bed and I believe a cot is available too
The bathroom is downstairs but that didn't bother us and the jacuzzi bath is a nice touch
Shops and cafes in abundance within 2 mins walk and the start to the falls walk is just a ten minute stroll .
There is a lovely park nearby and of course all the lovely scenery the area has to offer

I had to leave unexpectedly and cut my visit short , i forgot a couple of items which Hayley has kindly arranged to return to us

We were 3 adults and a dog and we all can't recommend this cottage enough and will probably stay again soon if it doesn't get fully booked after this 5* plus review ..
