I had stated at this hotel for 3 nights for my 8th wedding anniversary. I was very pleased with the response of the staff and time they took to solve any of my queries or request. The property is maintained very well. I had stayed at Villa no. 15... beautiful balcony with good size room. Yes it is expensive but all 5 star hotels are expensive. Only suggestion would be to improvise on the spa rates as they are very steep as compared to other hotels at Mahableshwar. Taste of the food was also great. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Room tip: Villa 15 is good

We stayed at the valley view room, in the signature wing . Room has an amazing view of the sunrise and the sunset, in a thickly wooded valley background. Loved the setting. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Rooms are luxuriously done up, and give a fresh feeling.
Worth mentioning is the service, professionalism and the response time. Had left a jacket behind and on sending one email at night, the housekeeping dept ( ms rotini) called promptly and assisted with the procedure to claim it, with the promise to courier it immediately. Appreciated !

Overall the property and planning is good, but moment you enter the room you feel the pinch. Room is very congested bed to TV counter space is too less, so you have to restrict your movement there, Balcony attached to the rooms gives a relief.
The best part of the property is the heated pool if you are visiting in winters.
Service is good but there is lots of mis-communication between all the staff at the property.

The property is sprawling and set amidst the woods. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We went in for a forest facing room but didn't like the allotted room as the balcony lacked privacy. They immediately changed our room and we moved into a beautiful room with a nice big balcony surrounded by trees. We enjoyed the long walk to the pool area and the dining area. One also has the option of buggy which are prompt and available round the clock.I would strongly recommend this property for it's old world charm and luxury in the lap of nature!

Had an amazing stay. Never been to mahableswar being so close to it for so long. However I finally came to this property and was so overjoyed that I extended my room nights.

Although the property is huge it's yet cozy with filled activities. The entire stay has been seamless right from check in.

The service staff along with the food at both the venues latest recipe and chingari have been exceptional.

A special thanks to the entire staff especially Peeyush (service), Abhishek, Peki, sovan, Pratik, doi and all the associates in Food and beverage department and recreation area. Had a lovely conversation with VIKAS and Chef Saurav along with Ankush.

Definitely coming back very soon.
