We went to this beautiful hotel to spend time away from London.
Hotel is beautiful, the room was beautiful.
All the staff were very helpful a d all very nice.
Food is very nice ( diner and Bkf) a bit expensive for dinner but we really enjoyed it.
We will definitely come back

My husband and I wanted an over night stay in Broadstairs at a budget price and so booked in at the Yarrow. We were more than pleasantly surprised. It is possibly the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. We had a twin bedded room which was spotless and very comfortable. It had air conditioning. The bathroom was faultless - spotlessly clean. It was also very quiet. We paid £72 for this room which is far less than anywhere else.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and were always there when you needed them. Breakfast was excellent with good service.
There is plenty of car parking, and the hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the sea front.
Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at The Yarrow based on the very positive reviews on Tripadvisor.
My room seemed to have been recently decorated and was very clean. Bathroom was very modern although the shower was part of a rather narrow bath. The sash windows did leak some cold air into the room, but was not a major problem with the heavy curtains closed. However from an energy conservation point of view the hotel must be wasting heat.
Breakfast in the morning was very good, with cereal, pastries, juices on a buffet and cooked breakfast served by pleasant, enthusiastic young staff.
The hotel appears to be part of East Kent College and students have the opportunity to gain experience in the hotel, which I think is a great idea.

My girlfriend and I stayed here Early October 2018. We were a bit surprised upon arrival to learn it was a training hotel (there's a college next door) and while some of the staff were understandably a bit green, all of them were helpful and polite.
We had a deluxe double bedroom which was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a clean and sizeable bathroom as well.

Location
The hotel is located a short walk from Broadstairs town centre and the coast although there is a bit of a hill on the way back. The road outside is really busy and cars seemed to go very fast - not sure what the speed limit is but it should be lower!

Dining
We ate in the restaurant both nights we were there, and it was almost full both times.
Both meals were excellent, especially the second night when we had the taster menu which was 7 courses, and very nice indeed. The bar area was also comfortable and relaxing. We had breakfast in our room first morning and it was delivered on time and hot. Breakfast in the restaurant was a bit disappointing as the food was a bit undercooked, but the buffet was excellent.

Spa
While small, the spa was excellent. My girlfriend and I had massages and other treatments and they were all professionally done. The sauna was very nice, and the jacuzzi a very enjoyable experience too!

Overall
Hugely enjoyable stay, the hotel looks lovely from the outside, and inside it's very nice too. If you're planning a weekend trip to Broadstairs, we'd recommend it.
