Raffaela Amato was terrific. She responded quickly to our questions, accommodated our schedule, and was informative in fluent English. The tasting at Bacco was wonderful afterwards, with a friendly informative server, and great food, both vegetarian and seafood. We highly recommend this side-trip when you are on the Amalfi Coast.

We visited this family winery...in Furore...and found it unique as the presentation of the wines by a second generation of the family only confirmed the family's love and passion for wines. Andrea and Marisa, the parents, bought the Divina Costiera brand and as they were themselves from a family of winemakers, decided to set up in Furore, their birthplace...this was in 1980, and when we visited, they seem to have been vindicated by the wines we tasted...impressive nose and complex bouquet...and to the enthusiast as we all were, most enjoyable and affordable! The presentation which included a tour of the cellars carved into the rock was another adventure altogether...especially when one saw the steep nature of the terrain where the vines were located...dedication, passion were certainly the foundation to this venture (more appropriately adventure) as ws a love of tradition and the old ways of wine-making. All success to this winery...we enjoyed the visit and we certainly enjoyed their wines! Good health!!
