I stayed here with a girlfriend for 4 nights and it was perfect. After lots of research we decided to stay away from the crowds and Il Pavone in Conca de Marini proved to be an excellent choice. Salvatore and his parents are excellent hosts and can't do enough for you. We were met with hot coffee, cake and limoncello. The room we had was spotless with a balcony to enjoy the amazing view. Amalfi is only 4 km away , but who needs Amalfi when you have Conca! If you are planning a trip to the Amalfi coast but don't like the crowds you have found the perfect place!

We had a great time in the awesome B&B centrally located at Amalfi Coast during our Italy roadtrip.
Salvatore and his parents Vito and Carmella are very friendly and generous and took perfectly care of us.

They offered the best breakfast we had during our Italy trip. Next to fresh fruits, local fresh bakeries / dolcis, they offered the best cappucino and awesome freshly made omelettes and fresh juices. You are sitting at a great huge balcony with a panoramic view overlooking the amalfi coast.

The family also organized our Capri Trip and supported us with great tipps regarding sightseeing and restaurants. They often drove us to Amalfi or the beaches as they best know the area and driving alone is sometimes a little bit tricky.

The location of the B&B is perfect as well: easy access to very cute beaches, short distance to Amalfi, Ravello and Positano. On top of that: nice rooms, all with view of the amalfi coast and own balconies including table and chairs. Furthermore there is free parking in front of the house and free, very stable wifi connection.

We highly recommend this B&B and definitely will come back!

@Carmella, Salvatore, Vito: we wish you all the best!

Arrividerci,
Julia & Sven

Friendly family place with stunning sea views. At breakfast, the table was heaving with excellent food. On the road to Amalfi and not far from Ravello. We visited every town on the coast we hoped to see from here.

A short bus ride from Amalfi although on most occasions Salvatore or his father Vito would drop us off either there or to walk the Path of Gods. A great base to visit the whole area. The breakfasts with Carmella's work are just the best with an omelette or eggs available if desired.

The rooms are large, modern and well equipped with a great view over the coast.

If we're back to the Amalfi Coast its where we would want to stay.

Dear everyone: hands down, the best place to stay on the Amalfi Coast is with Vito, Carmella, and Salvatore at Il Pavone B&B in Conca dei Marini.

Location: Conca dei Marini is located in between Amalfi and Positano, making it a quiet, convenient hub for all your trips into the different towns. That said, it rivals the beauty of those towns on its own. The beach at Marina di Conca is gorgeous (and beach chairs and umbrellas are cheap!). Plus, you have La Bontà del Capo down the street for some of the best food you will have on the coast (free shuttle there too!).

Comfort: There are only three rooms at Il Pavone, so you almost never hear or see other guests. Every room has a balcony over the Mediterranean, and the shower is ultramodern with three sets of shower heads. Very beautiful.

Breakfast: Yes, breakfast gets its own category! Please understand that if you stay here, you will have one of the best breakfast spreads EVER. For only two people, they put out three different types of locally made pastries, a dozen types of fresh fruit (some of which they have grown themselves), prosciutto and cheese, homemade omelettes, packaged goodies, yogurt, toast, fresh-squeezed juice, cappuccini... Not joking, so so good. :D

Hospitality: These people essentially adopt you when you are staying with them. In the mornings, they ask you where you want to go and take you there themselves. You only take the bus or taxi back. They organized our trip to Capri (for half of what I was planning to spend!) and gave us advice as to which beaches to go to and when. When I mentioned how much I had liked this delicious strawberry covered pastry I had tried three years ago, it showed up at breakfast the next day (thanks, Salvatore!). You will miss them when you leave.

Finally, it's just so reasonably priced. You couldn't fino a bitter deal.

Grazie Vito e Salvatore, mi mancate molto!
