My family stayed at Nikos-Takis for one May night, adjusting our plans last-minute due to the boat strike. Vangelis, who welcomed us with a big smile, a cold beverage and lots of friendly chatter, speaks excellent English but also patiently helped me with my Greek. Though located in the heart of a popular historic area, the hotel was actually a quiet spot for sleeping. The hotel has a distinctive decor, with each of the eight rooms done a bit differently. Vangelis' restaurant recommendation (Petaladika) was just what we were looking for. His breakfast was a made-to-order affair, served outside on the garden patio with a view. My daughter thought the goblet of thick yogurt topped with walnuts was some sort of ice cream treat! Then Vangelis brought out the comfy cushions for the garden patio benches, where we stayed awhile longer to enjoy swapping even more stories with him. Without a doubt Vangelis made us feel very welcome, and we would stay at Nikos-Takis again.

Really nice town with historical value and the castle is just on the opposite side of the Hotel.
Very clean hotel, would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I really liked the fact that the hotel is located near the medieval Castle at Rhodes. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very cosy and the facilities were great as well.
Would definitely recomment Nikos Takis Fashion Hotel to everyone.

Room Tip: The grand master suite has a jacuzzi in the balcony with a sea view! Combined nicely with a glass of champaigne.

Never before have we faced a situation where a hotel withdraws the money on a booking that is clearly marked 'Pay direct to hotel on arrival'. And we're talking months before arrival here. To make matters worse they kept lying every time they were confronted by stating that funds had been returned to the credit card. Have all the email correspondence attesting to this.Tried to confront them when we went to Rhodes but front door was always closed. Clearly untrustworthy and unsavoury individuals running this dive so steer well clear. Rhodes is brimming with trustworthy establishments so avoid the angst that they inflicted on us.
