We had a booking for Villa Elena in August.
Due to Covid-19 I was unable to travel, I contacted the hotel many times to explain, with more than the cancellation delay, and no answer.
Instead of a refund or even an email, they declared we never came to reservation platform. What a surprise then when they took the money from my account a second time a few days ago !!
I am still fighting to get my money back and have no news from them, even Booking.com can't join a manager.
One of my worst experiences of all time !
