Awesome location...but a bit challenging to get here with a large family. Not our first trip to CR. not likely our last. Get a 4WD vehicle if traveling this area. You may need it.

Dusty, dry beach area (in March) with great waves and bustling young vibe. The beach is wide, sand is soft and there is plenty of shade. Lots of access points to beach from main road in Santa Teresa. Very few vendors. No peddlers, so you need to bring your own umbrellas, chairs, food, toys, etc. Wonderful place.

An idyllic beach with white sand, beautiful palm trees, and endless crystal blue waves. Surf's always up, and even if you aren't a surfer, the ocean is wonderful to swim in, though beware of the currents which are strong.

playa santa teresa is for sure one of the most beautiful places I va ever been to. it s a pretty quiet town, people is really friendly and the beaches are incredibly amazing. you can notice that it s a town built by tourists but you can also learn how to surf with locals, who knows better than them...
It s hard to get here but once you arrived you dont wanna leave anymore. good parties and great surf sessions. paradise itself
