Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (AND Happy Hour snacks!) were all fantastic. Lots of choices, and our party of 6 was extremely pleased every night. The chef even bent over backwards for one in our group who has a lot of different allergies - could not have asked for a better experience!

Hamanasi restaurant was so much better than our hotel so we walked beachside to eat for dinner. Our hotel kindly made the reservations.
For starters there was some plantain bread that was delicious. Favorite part of the meal. Menu Prices in Belize $ - affordable dinner for 2, USD $73. We had Pandas, Shrimp creole, Singanga signature platter.

Food was very good big the local village food is 10x better. Our server was extremely knowledge and is the main reason we came back for dinner.

We had heard good things about this place and finally made it for breakfast. This was a first class experience and would recommend the breakfast. Food is outstanding and the outdoor seating in the morning is beautiful. Lush trees surround the second floor dining area. We will definitely return.

The right side of the menu changes each night to highlight some local dishes and or specials. The food was always delicious! I loved the trio appetizer. You can sample the soup of the day alongside two of the special appetizers! What a treat!

Our extended family of 7 had dinner here once during our week long visit to Hopkins. It was the nicest/fanciest restaurant we visited during our trip. Many restaurants in town were closed that night with Easter coming up, so the main restaurant was full. But, they put together a beautiful table for us outside, between the building and the pool. Very romantic setting...well, as romantic as you can get when dining with the grandparents and kids :-)

About the only aspect of the environment that was a negative, which was beyond Hamanasi's control, was the smell from the sea grass. You sort of get used to it, but honestly, it was pretty bad. We were staying at the north end of Hopkins, and we didn't have the odor up there. But, several places we visited in the middle and south of the village, had this constant odor which was somewhere between rotting fish and sewer gas. Again, I know this is outside Hamanasi's control, so this isn't a complaint...just describing our experience.

I usually eat vegan, but I didn't find any good vegan options on the menu. But, particularly on vacation, I sometimes enjoy some seafood, which is what I ordered here. I had salad, bruschetta, and the seafood platter, and it was all excellent. Service was attentive and friendly. Everyone in our group really enjoyed their meals and experience at Hamanasi.
