I have just stayed 4 nights, very warm welcome, very nice room, cosy, shower was heaven, and the cleanliness well spotless. Breakfast ok, but knew it it was continental when booked, so adequate, good variety . The fridge for guests very good idea , would highly recommend, the best place to stay in Porthmadog definatley.
Will stay again if needed accommadation.

I stayed over several weeks for business. Due to changing client requirements I had to rearrange my room bookings several times, the staff were very flexible allowing me to book last minute.
The staff are very friendly and helpful with great knowledge of the local area including all the best places to eat and drink.
Great location, just a short walk to local pubs and shops.
The rooms are lovely with powerfull showers.
Overall a very welcoming, homely stay. I would definately stay there again.

Room Tip: As I stayed over the course of several weeks I stayed in over four different rooms. The quality of the rooms is very consistent, so you can't really make a bad choice.

Stayed at Tudor Lodge for two nights/three days. Conveniently situated in Porthmadog, a perfect base to explore the town and surrounding areas. Had a fantastic welcome from Carl who told us the the best places to visit/eat and how to get there (The Square in Tremadog is a must for a fantastic meal). The room was clean and comfortable, everything you need. Only managed breakfast once but the choice was fantastic and the fruit was really fresh. Would definitely recommend friends/family to stay. Thank you Carl and Anja.

The hospitality of the owners Anja and Carl was superb - informed you of all local attractions and places to eat. Room was superb, very clean and comfortable. It has been refurbished to a very high standard. Continental breakfast was plentiful and there was a wide variety of choice. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

A last minute decision to visit the newly extended Welsh Highland Railway meant there was very little choice of places to stay in Porthmadog. However, the Tudor Lodge turned out to be well above average. The room was comfortable and clean, and the continental breakfast offered excellent choice and quality. Anja and carl were very welcoming and helpful: Anja's knowledge of the train times was impressive. My only criticism would be the lack of a light over the bathroom mirror.
