“Great bikers place over cuisine ”

Great meeting place for tea and bikes when the weathers hot. Cheap and cheerful and no messing about greasy spoon cafe.
Good stuff but the H burger was spectacularly bland and they seem to let the revel in the no frills thing transmit to the food. In balance I had a reasonable breakfast early in the year.
Good pit stop on a run

Great atmosphere, very friendly and funny waitress serving nice food.
Would recommend for anyone passing by.
Just what we needed while out for the morning on the bikes.

Only bad point was the cleanliness of the toilet.

People have been pretty harsh with this place in the reviews. It's not flash, that for sure. So if you're looking for a country lunch with stunning settings and an exciting menu, then you should go somewhere else. It's a greasy spoon!

This place serves the purpose of refuelling the many bikers doing the day trip jaunt to H Cafe, an excellent ride.

Go here for the atmosphere and biker community, not the food.

The H cafe is a proper Cafe and a well known gathering place for motorcyclists. It's right next door to a decent motorcycle accessory shop as well, so a good destination for a ride out. The food is decent enough, but you wouldn't make the trip for the food alone. It's a bit run-down looking with particularly poor toilets that seem to be getting worse over time. Having said that, it's a good place to grab a coffee and bacon butty, look at the bikes (at the weekends mostly) and chat with like-minded souls...

I popped in for a late breakfast and cuppa after not visiting for several years and was disappointed that standards had not improved. Although the fry-up was reasonable and cheapish, the place looked dirty and unkept and the loos were disgusting - stinky and water (or worse) on the floor everywhere. With such a captive audience of well-off bikers, surely it wouldn't be impossible to modernise this place. Such a shame as the location is a brilliant stop off when out for a ride - even being next to an Infinity shop. I shall plan future rides to give this a swerve until I hear they have cleaned up their act.
