Beautiful view and location, if you are fit you can walk downtown in 10 minutes quite safely , ample parking, decent rooms , good working AC . Poor mini fridges .
I’d suggest trying to avoid dinner there , it’s not a pleasant experience. Breakfast will not be much if you’re there after 9 and food will be cold .

The hotel is lovely, staff are friendly, meals and wine are very good but the museum was spectacular! You really can't miss the amazing job they have done preserving this incredible archeological site. To imagine that they built a beautiful hotel and still preserved the ruins and artefacts of various civilizations dating back to the iron age was truly an architectural challenge.
If you visit as a travel bug or as a history need you will love this place.

Beautiful, clean hotel within this old castle. The reception staff were all really pleasant and helpful. We really appreciated the beautiful, refreshing pool.
Breakfast was good but our one dinner was very disappointing and expensive too. I would recommend strolling down to the town for dinner.
We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful, modern hotel within a castle. Architecturally interesting. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Glad we stayed there. The adjoining museum is worth the visit.
