We had a great week at this hotel. Room was good, although cleaning was quite basic and not close to 5 star. However this might be the best ski school for kids I have been to yet. Great program, not too many kids per class and instructors were great. My 8 year old loved it tremendously plus the final race was nothing short of Olympics standards :). Food especially dinner was also fantastic and plentiful. We ate so much all week and didn't get bored with the options. A lovely waitress I think Mariella made our dinners even better by recommending places to visit within the village. Hotel gave good recommendations as well including a trip to Swarovski and a hotel planned candle light walk. It isn't as big as other kinder hotels I've been to and the kids club and swim area not as big but it had more than enough facilities to keep the entire family happy. I would highly recommend it to any family. Another small nag I had which was different from what other kinder hotels I've been to (Cavalino Bianco, Alpenrose) is the lack of coordination for the kids during lunchtime. Essentially you had to break your skiing at lunch to pick up you kids and provide them lunch. A few minutes late and the kids were on their own. The hotel's kids club provides no assistance with this service. Aside that, nice hotel, nice village with good spots for walking.

Fantastic family holiday tailored for each member of the family. Whilst kids were happy at ski school, we had ample time to relax.
Food was good and abundant and the service was so friendly.
The hotel is not suitable for non-skiers as there is not much more that one can do.
But for those who ski ... Couldn't be better !!!!

Excellent location, right on the slopes and excellent kids club/super care, our kids loved it. Kids ski school very good and inclusive in price. However, I found very comparing to other hotels of similar this one is slightly overpriced, food and service is not great. Also, lunch is served in a separate restaurant on the ground floor, large queue to the buffet, seating is on the first floor while toilet is the basement, very painful with small kids during lunch time or snack time at 3. And coffee at lunch time is available at extra charge, slightly strange considering that this hotel is all inclusive. Also bare in mind, there are no toiletries available for adults, I had to wash my hair with shower gel for the whole week. Overall good holiday, loved the location but definitely expected more from the hotel

While we are happy to hear that you enjoyed the great location and child care/skischool, we are disappointed to hear that the hotel was not entirely up to your expectations.

we couldn't have asked for more! this hotel makes you feel like being home away from home :)
- comfy and spacious rooms, separate bedrooms for kids
- very friendly and excellent child care services (1 year old baby and 5 year old; both were very happy)
- outstanding food (hotel-restaurant and Seealm for lunch and coffee/cake)

we'll definitely go back, excellent value for money

We just spent our 4th skiing holiday at this hotel and actually booked our next stay for February next year.
We have been to several hotels of the kinderhotels chain, however, this is the only one we keep coming back to. Having said that I must mention that so far we came only in winter.
First time we came when our son was 3 years old (now 9) and our daughter 3 months old baby (now 6). Our son started his first skiing lessons over there. Although I wasn't impressed by the organisation for such small children - in my opinion too many children and 1 instructor (we and a couple of more parents actually ended up helping the instructor with the kids), we came back. However, when our daughter started skiing we chose to pay private lessons for her. The lessons for bigger kids are better organised, aiming to have maximum of 10 children in a group. At the end of each week there is a race organised for children and also for adults in a very professional way - with a commentator and a DVD available. Also, the hotel guests can watch the race on the TV anywhere within the hotel later that afternoon. I should also mention that the ski school is included in the price, hotel guests can choose either skiing lessons for their kids (4 hours a day - 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) or snowboard lessons (2 hours a day).
The big plus of the hotel for us is the location, directly on the slope. As anywhere else, variety of slopes from blue to black runs.
There is a supervised children corner available in the hotel which our children enjoyed a lot. In comparison to the other hotels we have been to it was a bit wild to my liking but the kids loved it.
Food is very tasty, especially the dinners. Lunch is available in the restaurant next to the hotel which means skies are literally taken off at the bottom of the slope and straight to the restaurant for lunch. The morning ski lessons finish at 11.30 so it can get quite busy during this time. As we did not want to stand in the queue we took the kids for extra 1-2 runs down before going for lunch. Afternoon snack (coffee & cakes, soup, savoury) is available from 3 p.m. in the same restaurant. I would advise though to come sooner rather than later as we wanted to ski longer and came a couple of times after 3.30 and didn't really have anything to choose from as all food was gone... Also, the seating felt a bit cramped this time.
Overall, we like the hotel even though there are small things which could be improved. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Despite the fact that we were the only English speaking family in the hotel this time we had a great time.

Room Tip: We always go for a goofy room - a separate bedroom for the kids and a seating area.
