, Lakshan & their little son are delightful hosts, with a beautiful home.We stayed for 2 nights, eating dinner there the second night. Everything we ate was top quality & homemade. The best breakfast anywhere in Sri Lanka! The only word of caution is that the house is a long way up a steep hill which is not fully accesible by car, so if you are not prepared to walk 15 minutes uphill from Ella town, you will need a tuktuk, especially with luggage

Khia and lakshan were such amazing hosts. Our little boy and their little boy were fast friends and our son made himself at home. They were so gracious and accommodating with anything we needed. Their breakfasts was the best we had- no doubt. Lakshan is gifted with making omelets and khia’s homemade muffins and breads were so delicious.

We’ll definitely be coming back!
