If you want to get away from over priced resorts, this is a great place to eat or get supplies.
We arrived 2 hours early for our ferry, and spent the time buying a few items to take with us to our resort - wine, snacks, sun cream etc. You can also get pharmacy items, and of course, lots of places to eat and drink.
We were surprised at how modern, clean, and of course friendly it was. Prices are much higher than in Nadi.
Went to Port several times. Exceptionally clean with nice shops and plenty of restaurants to choose for dining. Cruises left from here also. The Marina was buzzing in the evening with lots of diners wandering around. A great spot
Love the vibe at Port Denarau. Typical Fijian happiness everywhere whether just having a look around, shopping or dining. All the staff at the tour booths are very helpful in assisting with your bookings or general information
A simple walk from any of the resorts or a quick trip on the Bula Bus and you arrive at a great shopping and activity hub. Restaurants at much better prices than the resorts, reasonable shopping and local Fijian culture on show at no cost. This is where you catch all the cruises.
