Stayed here for just the One night as part of a National Park Tour. Room was really spacious - we had 2 queen beds in the room and there was still plenty of space. Our room was situated on the first floor - right opposite the balcony and lift. The balcony looked over onto the breakfast space and reception - which was quite noisy early in the morning and also late at night. For a stop over into Zion - the hotel was really in the ideal situation. There are also shuttle bus that run from just up the road to take you into the National Park.

Greatly appreciate your taking the time to comment on our property and the comfort of your accommodations. Thank You!

Our location is ideal for visiting Zion National Park and having restaurants in walking distance does present a variety of cuisines. The shuttle service is great as you have noted and just 100 yards from our entrance.

Hope to see you again soon!

Best Wishes,

This hotel is like a down-scaled resort. It has a nice pool and hot tub area as well as a fire pit with a view. I imagine in the summer, the grounds and location would be awesome. A bit chilly in March. Rooms are fine and the staff was super accommodating when we wanted to change rooms due to a noisy location.

Whirlpool was broken, something we were looking forward to after a hike. The staff at check-in seemed frazzled about their computer system. The firepits outside are nice. I'd recommend checking out the Hampton Inn or even the La Quinta instead.

Thank you for your comments Greg. Apologize for the inconvenience caused by the closure of our whirlpool, sometime it is better to be safe than sorry but happy to report it is now back in operation. I understand not having it available after a hike is inexcusable.

I have also reviewed your comments with our front office staff to further their training and development.

Best wishes and safe travels,

This hotel truly was a surprise. we stayed here to be close to Zion and it was. Conveniently located right on the shuttle route into the park. It was so much more though. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and spacious. Decent parking. Gorgeous view of the river and rock formations. Lots of sitting areas (including rocking chairs) throughout the hotel and the grounds. Outdoor fireplace, hot tub, and pool. Great breakfast with a nice place to eat in. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. It was a little pricey but I imagine that is the going rate for this location.

I am torn on this review. This is a nice hotel in a good location and the staff was exceptionally nice. The breakfast crew was especially cheery and helpful. However, when we called down to make sure we could check out a day early (on our 4 day stay)since the Narrows were not hikable for our group while we were there, we were told it would be no problem. The manager seemed to feel otherwise when we checked out the next morning and she charged us a cancellation penalty equal to an entire night's charge because we had purchased in advance through the hotel website. Even a call to IHG guest relations couldn't solve this one for us. This was during spring break and I believe the hotel was sold out. I am quite certain they could fill our room. Believe me, we would have stayed put if they had told us it would be an issue to check out early. Instead, we had already booked a hotel in our next location and were simply out the 200+ dollars. Not a great way to treat customers.
