Very pleased with my stay here . I had lost my debit card and they were nice enough to allow me to pay in cash for my stay and the next morning they let me have a late check out no charge because I had a afternoon flight . Great views as well very large king size bed .

Have quality time & enjoy..

Room is accomodating, for a one night stay over is great but staying more days would need some improvement like cabinet for clothes to hang, microwave oven, one more trash can orbin inside, & additional set of towel.
yet, overall its great & so clean,we would be glad to come back & refer to other friends also.

Unexpected visit

Hostess was friendly and helpful. Nice room. Beautiful views of the mountains, waterway, trees, sunrises. Couldn't see the sunsets from our view unfortunately. Great restaurants and breakfast stores conveniently located for us.

Beware Apt 3305A!!

Incredibly unprofessional! We're in the middle of a pandemic, and they charged us almost $500 to cancel a reservation which the government is currently forbidding us from keeping. We tried contacting them for 4 weeks with zero response and finally just had to pay to cancel the reservation through Booking.com or pay the full $1300 for the stay. Booking.com contacted them on our behalf and their response was basically "too bad, pay to cancel". Deplorable.

Awesome costumer service

She gave us an awesome customer service from the time of check in, she made sure if we had any questions to let her know...she really showed us the ALOHA spirit and we need more people like her in this field of service!! She made us feel very welcoming and family oriented kind of personality!!! Because of her we had an amazing and awesome stay and will be again very soon!!!!
