We came here to pick up a few masaladas (they're well-known for) and a couple of other baked items. Unparalleled masaladas! Very good quality and fresh baked products. They are very busy there so if you have a large order, check it before leaving. We drove off to stop around the corner to have a bite (since parking lot is very small and we wanted to let other drivers get in) and noticed a Portuguese wrap missing in our order. I went back to get without any problem (and with an apology). Very good and efficient service.

We were returning from a day at the beach at the Halona Blowhole when we seen the Leonard’s Bakery food truck... we had to turn around and go back my beautiful wife had heard from others that the fresh Malasadas were a traditional Hawaiian treat so we had to try them for ourselves. The lady was very friendly and told us that the Custard, and the cinnamon were the most popular and even gave me a free sample of the sweet and sour flavour while waited. The cars kept putting up as we stood off to the side, it was very obvious this was a very popular treat. When we got our bag of goodies we couldn’t wait, they were still very warm. These things were amazing, just can’t describe them very well. A thick doughnut filled with love would be my best try. If you haven’t had any and you see this food truck or find the actual Bakery I would stop and try them out

Not far from Waikiki is located Leonard's bakery. We often stop by and purchase a dozen of malasadas. Too bad they do not deliver to the beach. :-)

Great malasadas (donut without the hole) Best when they’re hot. It’s worth the wait. It was real busy when we went since a tour bus just dropped a group off. It gets pretty crowded and people get a little pushy. Probably because they’re hungry.

Downloaded a Circle Island tour app on our phone to do a tour on our own. Told us to stop here for our first stop - Make sure to stop by = Yummy! Try the coconut filling!
