I went when it was new, on my first date with Jerome. I watch Hell's Kitchen and they always promote BLT. It was the toughest meat. You's think it was brisket. And we had a lamb chop. I went to ccoking school and was a professional for 10 years in the kitchen. I just like a well cooked piece of meat. But it never happened here. The place is posh, but the quality was quite poor and we had to give up because you couldn't chew it, much less cut it well due to the fact that they leave the entirety of the chine bone IN!
