Front desk staff (Yoshi and Aria) is outstanding! Hotel is nice and in a great area! Shopping and beach are just steps away! The sister property is across the street and the staff there are nice, as well; however, their rooms have not been renovated like the Beachcomber’s have. Highly recommended Beachcomber!

Michael at front desk provided us excellent service at check in. Anita our housekeeper on the 20th floor was amazing and always kept our room very tidy. The rooms are nice and spacious. Didn’t have any problems during our stay. Pool and jacuzzi was great. Hotel s i’m right in the center of shopping area so it makes it convenient to walk to nearby restaurants or gift shops or mini food markets and donut shops. Very close to the beach about a five minute or less walk. This hotel is right across near the Royal Hawaiian village and next-door to the international marketplace. It was my first time staying at this hotel and I don’t regret one bit. On my next trip, I will reserve to stay again at this hotel.

Every member on the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber staff was friendly and gracious. Lina, our housekeeper was especially attentive and kept our guest room clean and well stocked. There is a good vibe and endless restaurant options inside the hotel or within walking distance. Hotel valet parking is offered, but get checked in early to secure a space.
