My husband and I stayed at the Bayberry the long weekend of presidents day. It was during the winter festival. Although the Inn was booked up, it was very quiet and very private, which we both hoped for. It was our first time at an Inn and we didn't know what to expect. We were very pleased with our experience. We chose the Inn for the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The tub is definately big enough for two, and my husband is a big man. The innkeeper was pleasant and made a nice french toast. Our room was made and we had fresh towels brought to us as well. We have no complaints about our stay except one. They forgot to bring in the A/C in this winter and the 2nd room and the bathroom was quiet cold. Our bedroom was very toasty though with the fireplace. The A/C wasn't properly insulated and there was a 1 inch gap to the outdoors. We stuffed the hole with a pair of socks...but the 2 rooms were still drafty. Also beware of the minifridge...it freezes soda cans and explodes them. Bring a 2 liter, its safer. Other than that....we had a great stay and would stay again even if our bathroom was drafty again.
