This is a wonderful art gallery and museum that is well-worth the admission. If you should happen to visit on a Friday afternoon the admission is free, which is amazing for such a cultural experience. There is so much information that it is definitely worth picking up the audio wands so you don't miss out on anything.

The galleries on the first floor were stunning, with beautiful works from world-famous artists such as Picasso, Cezzane, Monet, etc. There were even quite a few works from Andy Warhol..The gallery does have a gift shop, a small cafe, and a large gallery collection that is ready for purchase/loan.

I have been to art galleries around the world. Unfortunately thos gallery has stood out singly as the worst run gallery I have experienced in the world.

This museum is located in a beautiful and bright building.
It has quite a nice permanent collection which include some masters (Cezanne, Van Gogh, Degas, Monet, and Picasso) as well as more modern work (Dan Flavin). The staircase wall drawings by Sol LeWitt is amazing.
When we visited the traveling exhibits included Murakami (whimsical) and out of sight: art for the senses (excellent).
The other nice thing about this museum is that is small enough that it does not overwhelm.
We quite enjoyed our visit

I’m not an art person but I have an artsy child and she really wanted to go. I’m glad we went. The modern art is highly unusual and interactive. From giant chairs to tea rooms to ghost pianos to evil mechanical moving angels and mirror rooms the place has it all. Each area was unique and most things were interactive. This is a place that will be worthwhile for all levels of art fans from the uninterested to the true artists.

The gallery has new artist exhibits regularly, so it's quite nice to go. I particularly enjoy it when it's snowing and there isn't a lot of outdoor activity.
