“Poor Management, dirty motel, dont stay here!”
Reviewed 11 August 2011

My husband and I booked this room as a half way point to meet relatives visiting from out of town. Although they advertised a pool, when we got there, it was "under construction". The rooms was smelly and I didnt want to let our 6 month old sit on the carpet, so we asked for a refund and wanted to try somewhere else. The lady at the desk said SHE was the owner and there would be no refunds! I would not recommend staying here unless you dont mind filth, dont want to relax in a pool, and love to be treated nasty while someone is basically stealing your hard earned money! Pictures look great, but in real life this is not what it looks like!! If this business wasnt so desperate for your money...they would refund it if you were not happy. Obviously they dont get enough business or there are lots that want refunds, for them to have this policy even when you are so upset.

Room Tip: make sure when you book a room online, it is refundable, so when you get there in person and arent h...

I booked this hotel through Arizonahotels.com. I got a decent rate, but it comes with a no cancellation, no refund policy. The hotel was okay, a little weathered. The inside of the room could have been a little nicer. The comforters on the beds were a little old looking and dingy. The wifi almost never worked. It would work for a few minutes and then kick you off. Sometimes you would have to re-enter wep key. After the first night, we came back late from the Grand Canyon to find no housekeeping had been done. The following day, I will say the housekeeping crew did a great job. This place is acceptable, but needs a few management issues addressed. The rate was only about $41.00 +- per day, so you get what you pay for. It was quiet at night, with lots of travelers only staying for one night. If all you need is a place to lay your head for the night for not alot of money, then I guess I can recommend this place.

Room Tip: poor wifi
