We spent one night here on our way back from the Grand Canyon. It was a small, basic room. It was clean and the location was fine although it was too cold to walk to anything. There are certainly no frills here but nothing to complain about except possibly towels being too thin and small.

This hotel is in a convenient position, walkable to the quaint town centre. It has a large car park and the reception area although small is welcoming. The rooms are a little basic, but clean and spacious.

We have generally stayed at one of the numerous Hilton branded hotels on our frequent trips to Flagstaff, but those were either unavailable or had "surge pricing" for graduation weekend, so we booked a room for a few nights here.

The property is right across the street from the NAU campus and walking distance to numerous stores and restaurants, though this stretch is a real fast food ghetto - be selective, as there are diverse and wonderful independently owned eateries in Flagstaff.

We had a refrigerator to store the drinks from across the street at the Natural Grocery (see the big cow mural). The room as clean and functional. My only possible complaints would be that (1) the mattress was a little softer than I prefer; and (2) the heater was difficult to set to a low temperature - we wound up not running the heat at all despite the chilly December temperatures and found the room to be quite comfortable nonetheless.

Our room was $146 (including taxes) for two nights during graduation weekend - a very good value compared to other downtown options. We would certainly stay here again.

Room tip: Upstairs is likely quieter - the folks above us the second night seemed to have some heavy feet.

This is a pretty basic place to stay in a good location.
There isn’t a single thing that stands out as being bad.

It is perfectly suitable to stay in flagstaff with all the necessities that are normally taken for granted.
I’m a pretty basic person so for me as long as parking is free, beds and water are clean, and location is good and away from questionable neighborhoods, then I’m happy.

Happy I was this time around.
Free WiFi and breakfast is not included but I’m not too much of an early bird anyway.

Overall I enjoyed the stay, had no problems and wouldn’t mind staying here again in the future.

Our room was spotless. Our TV would not work as the prior occupant set parental controls with a password. Sandi worked until it was fixed and was very nice about it. We could not hear the train from our room. Only downside was no in room coffee and the lobby where there would have been coffee was not open when we left about 6:30 AM.
This will probably be our new go-to Hotel in Flag. It is within easy walking distance of Historic Downtown and the Breweries.

Room tip: Near Historic Downtown
