We have been here before with friends and bigger family groups and have always been pleased. On our most recent visit, it was an early, weekday evening and it was still on the quiet side. We like the pub atmosphere and usually sit in one of their booths. There are street signs displayed high along the wall showing some of the neighborhood streets. Nice touch especially since we grew up in the area and that has a special meaning to us. We had prompt friendly service and our food arrived just when we expected. The menu is varied enough to find a dish to your liking. The fish & chips that we had was crispy outside yet the fish was moist and flavorful. The shepherd's pie was in a large dish that needed salt added to enhance the taste.
We love that this locally-owned restaurant seems to be be doing well and is expanding to include a function room. We noticed the construction work going on with an outdoor space. I'm sure that's going to be a success.

So many nice things to say , this place has it all. Food, drinks, entertainment, banquet hall. Great ownership, professionally run, this place is great for all ages of 21 plus, and bring the family in for lunch or dinner.

We were not impressed by the previous establishment so made no effort to try this place out when the name changed a couple of years ago. Friends had been recommending it, however, so we decided to check it out for lunch. The first thing that hit us was how dark it was inside. Dark wood, dark booths, black tables, etc. Our eyes eventually adjusted. It is a typical neighborhood Irish pub that locals frequent. There is a bar, many booths and tables, multiple TVs, and a banquet room under construction. We had soup of the day, salad and Irish egg rolls to start. The soup was excellent and the Irish egg rolls were awesome! The sauce they came with is spicy hot, so be careful if you don't want the zip. Hubby had the chicken & broccoli teriyaki-alfredo, and I had the salmon grand marnier. Both were quite delicious..... well prepared and presented. Service was excellent and the prices reasonable. Despite the late afternoon, the place was quite busy. We were well pleased and are sure to return. Have to have more of those Irish egg rolls!!

My family treated me to lunch at Nathan & Bills. 2 of the 7 of us are in wheelchairs. We were treated like royalty (as are all their customers) and enjoyed great service and delicious, affordable food.

I was at Springfield State College one evening last week for a field hockey game, but our visiting team was having transportation problems and running late; the game was delayed an hour. At Nathan Bill's I had a tasty, very reasonably-priced cocktail and watched the first period of the Bruins game on one of the large televisions in the bar. Nathan Bill's is clean and comfortable and welcoming, full of people who look like they live in the neighborhood and are all happy to be there. Good selection of craft beers and liquors and cheerful young women behind the bar.
