Highly recommend this hotel. The price was high only because it was during the Final Four. Staff was exceptional and friendly even with a booked facility and lots of demands on them. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice Hilton. I don’t think the price has to be as high as it is, but it is right on the Riverwalk. I mean you take the elevator down to river level and you are there. We were on the 11th floor on the city view side. Room was nice and roomy for our stay. I would appreciate free coffee in the morning in the lobby like other Hilton’s do (Hilton Garden, Hampton Home2) but instead they have a coffee shop in the lobby where I got 3 black coffee for $12. I don’t know if they have a coffeemaker in room or not, yuck I don’t drink that. We did eat at the restaurant at the Hilton and it was very good, expensive obviously. Parking is a block or so away (self-park) 7th floor and looked like security was on site. They also have valet. Nice experience in San Antonio.

Each room in our hotel does in fact have a coffee maker along with all the items necessary for your very own cup. If you prefer, our Coffee Cupboard offers Starbucks coffee as well. Additionally, we are thrilled you chose to stay with us in the heart of beautiful downtown San Antonio on the lovely River Walk!

Room was clean, nearly all of the staff was friendly, and the location to San Antonio amenities is superb. The internet connection is patchy at best. The hotel was ok, but a bit overpriced. Overall I had a satisfactory experience.

I stayed at the hotel for a conference and it was wonderful. The room was spacious and very quiet. The linens were pristine and smelled fresh and clean. The bathroom was spotless. There were plenty of towels and washcloths, as well as toilet paper and tissues. The balcony looked over the convention center, which sounds lame but they were setting up for the final four fan fest! I would definitely return here - the location on the water was perfect for strolling/running and grabbing a bite to eat.

The hotel is truly a gem in the heart of downtown San Antonio! In the midst of the San Antonio experience....the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! They go out of their way to make your stay fantastic, from the minute you walk in the door to taking care of every detail when you ask questions or need help. Incredibly nice! And lunch at Rivers Edge was delicious....definitely going to bring my husband back for a date night!
