My family and I stayed at this hotel during the week of Spring Break. The staff and their accommadating services were outstanding. Upon arriving Abby greeted us with all smiles and was very informative on things to do. I also got to meet Juanita (GM). She was very helpful with printing off our Sea World passes, telling us about the park, and also telling us about the hot spots to eat in San Antonio. Even though it was very busy at the hotel, our request were always answered promptly. Their breakfast is fabulous!! Always hot and fresh with lots of variety to choose from. The Texas shaped waffles were a big hit with my kiddos. We will definately be using this hotel for our next vacation to San Antonio!

We have been booking our Employees to stay with Springhill Suites San Antonio Medical Center/Crossroads first due to the delightful lady that reached out to us for our business, Tracey Yarbrough. So, we went for a tour and was sold. Then as our Employees began staying with Springhill and they raved about the Customer Service and comfort of your rooms. So, I booked a room for the night even though I live in San Antonio and was very pleasently surprised. We have all been very satisfied Customers! Thank you Springhill and thank you Tracey!

A few friends and I stayed here for a night after going to Fiesta. From the look of the pictures of the rooms we saw, it just looked like your average hotel room, kinda boring. We didnt know though that it had since been newly remodeled. They should really update their pictures, because the ones we saw did not do it justice! Our suite was awesome. It was decorated really modern, had a nice flat screen, and overall very clean and appealing. The hotel is decorated very nicely. Would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel because of the Sea World package. For 4 nights in the hotel and 5 annual passes to Sea World it was less than $850.

It is currently being renovated and the lobby and rooms were nice and clean. The room was small for a suite, would have preferred to have 2 separate rooms, but it was comfortable enough.

Beds were very comfortable - could have used an extra blanket, but that is because my hubby likes it COLD.

Free breakfast was nice, but very crowded and wasn't replenished often enough. Kids loved the make your own waffles. The coffee was very good! We only ate there twice because the other mornings it was either too crowded or there wasn't enough food out.

The pool was really nice - spent 5 hours there and we had it all to ourselves. They also provided towels, which was nice.

Speaking of towels, that was one of the only problems we had with our stay. They would only leave 3 towels and there were 5 of us. And with kids we'd have to use one as a bath mat because often times there wasn't a bath mat left. It would take hours to bring more towels. (Should have borrowed some from the pool area)

We didn't use the shuttle because we got free parking at Sea World with out annual passes.

Friday night there was some type of jazz festival in the Wonders of America parking lot. The hotel did a great job at closing off their parking lot so that we always had close parking. But the event was a little loud until after 11pm. Except for that, the noise level was fairly low.

I liked that we had a refrigerator/microwave in the room. And FREE wi-fi!

Could have really used two TV's.

The ice makers didn't work on every floor. The first two nights we had ice on our floor, but then had to either go to the 3rd floor or the lobby for ice. And their wasn't a lid for our ice bucket.

All in all, it was a great stay. We enjoyed Sea World and the Alamo and Riverwalk and had a nice, cool, clean room to come back to every day.

Room Tip: We were in room 221 which was just fine!

Reasonably good. I did have problems with doors getting stuck at times. Staff was helpful though and most problems were resolved quickly. There was no restaurant attached to the hotel and hence no room service
