Enjoyable and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and willing to accommodate. Beds very comfortable. The ladies that set up breakfast did is fantastic job. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area is very spacious. I really enjoyed being able to have breakfast out in the balcony over looking pool area. Easy access to freeway, everything was pretty much close to us. Would definitely go back. Keep up the good work.

i was extremely disappointed with this hotel- it should not be named a "quality" inn. i had booked the room based on its advertised airport shuttle. when i asked about it, they said they don't have a shuttle and it's an "amenity" not a guaranteed service- FALSE ADVERTISING !!!!!!
the hotel location is poor, in the middle of nowhere, 5 miles from the airport, and next to noisy streets/interstate.
the room was very shabby- rundown furniture, burn holes in the chairs and sheets, stained towels, no work desk, poor lighting. the window wouldn't completely close so it was noisy and drafty. wifi would not connect- had to go to the lobby to connect. door lock broken. terrible quality kleenex and toilet paper.
all the employees were nice- management must be the problem, or a cheap owner

Room Tip: go elsewhere for better value

Management does not maintain the property. They say they offer a free shuttle to/from the Airport, but it was broke down and they told us we would need to get our own taxis and pay for it. First time we stayed, the maintenance guy had to come out to our room and reset the electronic door lock so we could get in the room. Second time, different room, it took about 10 times for the card lock to open and it did not have a plate on the door latch, so the door had a 1/2" of open/close movement when locked.

Room Tip: Best advise, go to the other Quality Inn-Nicer and closer to Airport

This hotel could be great place, but it's not being managed well. It's supposed to have a shuttle to the airport, but not for our visit. That is major. The rooms could be fixed up some--they have potential. How hard is it to stain furniture and clean carpet? Too often, there was no one answering the phone, because they had left the desk. I had to wait 5 minutes to check in because no one was on the desk. There was only 3-4 electrical outlets in the room and bath, and they were taken up with lamps, refrigerator, microwave.

The night desk clerk was very helpful. When the waffle failed, the young woman in the breakfast area made me one. The bed was clean. But the non-smoking room smelled like someone had smoked there. And paint splits on the tile show lack of pride.

At breakfast, the eggs were cold. And breakfast had just begun. The bagels were dry, and the doughnuts sticky. Needs work.

Service 90% .Most of the staff have great service skills except one driver and a receptionist ;they need to be trained and informed of what the hotel offers;receptionist was saying that the hotel does not offers 24 hour Airport shuttle service and she does not understand why hotter reservation websites are saying that there is shuttle service.
The male driver had no idea where Holidome Gem show was ,when again there is regular shuttle service.
Room was clean,bed comfortable but a bad,old smell in the room and no other rooms available.One guest mentioned that her door knob was broken.
