I had heard that this place had very good tamales and I was not disappointed. The other items we sampled were also good. The food is definitely a cut above the typical Mexican fare of Tucson, which is saying something. The restaurant itself is certainly nothing special and it is fairly small. It was busy when we were there, but the service was good. Definitely worth a try.
