I have to admit that I'm surprised about the other reviews as we have had nothing but a great time. The management has been nothing but polite and friendly, the camp grounds are in great shape and the showers and bathrooms are great. The wifi isn't perfect but hey....you aren't here for the wifi! Go sit by the little pond and enjoy the views!

We had a great stay here, and will come back!
Fishing just steps out of the door.
Rocky Mountain National Park just up the road a bit. The most amazing place to view wildlife. Elk, Mouse, Dear, Turkey and more.
The park was very clean and well maintained. We are full time rv'ers and have stay many places, few with come back to noted. This is a come back to.
Staff courteous and helpful, nice!

Staying here for 5 days. The first night we used the hot tub. The next day, staff was cutting out the tub and hauling it away. The pool was being drained as well. Our site is on the outskirts of the park which is ok, however the only shower/restroom facilities are about 150 yards away. Internet access is spotty.
We selected the park because of the amenities but are very disappointed they are not available.

The location is good and the campsites are level but there is basically no Wi-Fi at the sites and when you do connect (rarely) the connection is not secure so it's impossible to plan activities and such. Also, if you don't use a razor and want to use the shower and shave at the sink, there is only cold water (auto faucets) which makes for a "military shave" and all the men were complaining of this. Their propone tank is not working and apparently for quite some time which requires you to go to their sister campsite a short distance away. Apparently, a new manager from a "sister" campground is going to take charge in 2018 and vows they will fix problems.

Room Tip: This is an RV campsite with only a few cabins available

We were pretty worried about our stay here because of all the negative reviews, but it worked out fine for us. We didn't use the bathrooms as we used our own and we were busy in the park and town to use the pool, but we enjoyed the pond and our site a bit.

If the campground was full, I would agree that it would be pretty cramped in there, but when we were there, it was probably 1/3 full or so, so we had enough room. Location makes it easy to get into town and the park. There is a grocery store and gas station right next door.
