This was a perfect location for overnight rest traveling from Phoenix to Texas and based on the lobby appearance it looked like five stars hotel however the Stars begun to drop as we got to the room which was located at the back area of the property. First, we had to use four stairs to get to the back building door which was not locked. Second we found the room with loose panel and sharp bed edges which are hazard to your knees....other than that to stay was acceptable I would give this property 3.5 stars.

Room Tip: Rooms closer to the front might be better choice

Locks to individual building were non functional or missing completely, all yo had to do was pull and they will open, i still had in my room a non hd tube tv, breakfast was almost non-existant, rarely was coffee eggs etc made in advance, no attempt was made by housekeeping to change sheets make the bed provide clean towels, last time I will ever stay at the Ramada in Albuquerque, waste of my money

First off the night staff and morning staff were rude. Then if someone is willing to put down a 200 deposit to NOT stay on your crack head side so me being 5 months pregnant or my son don't catch nothing like athletes foot, find needles under the bed, dog food and what not.!! Its a shame the breakfast was even cold and its 7:16 am.!!! Never again!!!

The hotel looks a little tired from the outside. The inside was good. We had some hiccups at sign in and an issue with hairdryer in the room. The staff were very prompt to help resolve the problems. The breakfast lady was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the water and snacks provided for the 3 of us. Overall, the stay was good.

Got a good night's sleep after traveling through a blizzard to get there. Arrived at 11:00 p.m. and got in my room smoothly. Would recommend staying at this location. It is easy off and on highway and staff was attentive.

Room Tip: comfortable
