My wife and I visited Pars Cuisine on advice of a friend on a mid-week evening. We were very impressed at the extensive menu and the interior décor which is not apparent from the strip mall location. There is a center eating area which has what would pass for a tent cloth over your head. On weekends that is where the belly dancers perform. There is also a private tea room that seats about 20 and a back room which is setup for banquets and features a presentation screen.
I ordered the lamb kabob dinner and my wife ordered the vegetarian "Mediterranean Delight" which is a combo plate. The orders arrived in less than 10 minutes and were wonderfully presented (refer to photos). There were just a few minor issues with the meal; my kabobs were unevenly cooked - some medium well and other pieces medium rare. My wife's falafels were overdone and the dolmas were soggy. The pita bread served on the side was very fresh and tasty.
I topped of the dinner with a Turkish coffee which was the best I ever tasted.
Overall we had a great experience and will return to taste some of their other menu items.
