called in here on the recommendation of a local who we met in the carpark - we were not disappointed, awesome coffee, the food was top notch and the deck area out back a pleasant place to sit and chat

I honestly don't understand how people could possibly go back for this coffee, let alone actually write a review saying "best coffee in town"
I've given this "cafe" multiple opportunities and every time I'm presented with warm milk. I don't think it's reasonable as a customer to ask for a double shot to actually taste some coffee.
Also don't even start me on the food... soggy, microwave and frozen rubbish.
It may sound unreasonable or obnoxious but it doesn't feel right throwing $5 down the drain for a warm cup of milk

Staff were friendly but please lift your food/coffee game.

We had enjoyed the local rail trail cycle path and realised it was late for lunch. Although this cafe had experienced a busy day and had run out of many items they were only too willing to rustle up toasted cheese and ham croissants that were delicious. We enjoyed sitting outside eating them. Even though it was closing time they made no attempt to hurry us along. We were so impressed with how friendly they were . It looks like they have a wonderful selection of local produce to purchase

I went here with a couple of friends and enjoyed a delicious lunch. I tried the chicken and vegetables rice paper rolls with a tamarind dipping sauce. My friends had a ham and cheese toastie and one had the toast beef with onion jam baguette.

All had delicious coffee.
Most enjoyable

A great variety of ice cream and sorbets and so delicious. A rare treat for me these days but so, so enjoyable.
