Upon arrival, the restaurant owners were polite but not particularly personable. We chose the national dish - chicken-saffron based broth with pigtail, bread fruit, green banana, plantain, and chicken (other stuff too, but I can't remember). It was DELICIOUS! The owners quickly warmed up when they realized we liked their cuisine and were raving about how delicious it was. The whole time the dear woman was just concerned about our experience and wanted us to enjoy her food. We will be back!
