This place has issues and staff with an attitude. They charge a 10% up charge for parties of 4 without disclosing at time of order. When we asked about the additional charge they point to a tiny note with small font on the counter that states this. They also charge a surcharge for using credit cards which is quite unusual in a tourist spot like this. The dishes we received were dirty and greasy and when the pizza finally arrived the cheese was totally burned (big flakes of burnt cheese). When we asked for new pizzas the staff rolled their eyes and said that's the way they make them and if we just wanted dough instead. As they seemed to be unable to make pizza that wasn't burnt we asked for our money back. Again the staff rolled her eyes and reluctantly refunded the pizzas. We were very unimpressed with this place and would give it 0 stars if it was an option. There are other options in Keystone and we would recommend you chose any of them. If you want pizza, go to Jane's that serves great pizza. That's what we did after Eno's disaster pizza.

We appreciate all reviews and this incident was so unique that I had had already heard about it. I would love to address as many of your concerns as possible.

First we apologize for the confusion with billing, we present two neon signs that detail; an automatic gratuity for groups, and a small credit card fee. We could just increase our prices and hide these fees like other places but feel this is a more honest and transparent approach. We will consider your feedback as a vote to do so.

Second, dishes that haven't been sanatized are unnaceptable, we have been receiving perfect scores from our health inspection and take it very seriously. I don't believe this is what happened though, it is common however that our steam cleaner left the dishes slightly wet and that fact was missed by an employee.

Third, we've been making the pizza for 28 years, it wasn't burnt. The mailaird reaction is responsible for the browning of cheese and is completely independent to the oxidation and eventual burning of a pizza. I can assure you the pizza didn't taste of carbon or charcoal because it wasn't burnt. Our ovens are not set to undercook our recipe, and shortening the time would leave a raw dough as our employees indicated. We wish you had given it a chance, as most prefer us over Jane's, but you could have done much worse!

Fourth, we appreciate groups that do not steal beer from an establishment and pour it into the tip jar. I have personally seen better behavior out of the youngest of children. Theft is a serious issue in Keystone and although we have no interest in persuing your petty theft, businesses with your credit card information are very capable of inforcing the law. We hope you keep that in mind next time you're in a restaurant.

Was just OK pizza. Wasn't anything special but wasn't bad. Staff was friendly. Cost just over $20 for a large (15") pepperoni pizza.

Unless you're looking for mediocre frozen pizza, this is not the place for you. There are 2 other pizza places in Keystone and although I haven't tried them, certainly would before going back to Eno's. It's a shame because the woman who works there was very friendly but it wasn't worth the money.
